牵引动力国家重点实验室试验研究部简介

试验研究部主要负责牵引动力国家重点实验室设备管理、台架试验、线路试验和CNAS认证方面的工作,现有人员26人,教授3人,副教授(高工)4人,助理研究员2人,技师6人。试验研究部拥有机车车辆相关试验设备约3000台(套),主要大型设备有600km/h机车车辆滚动振动试验台、车体疲劳试验台、转向架及其构架疲劳试验台、轮轴疲劳试验台、弓网耦合模拟试验台、轮轨摩擦磨损等试验台。2006年首次通过CNAS评审,目前具有CNAS认可资质的检测项目包括车辆转向架及其构架、机车车辆车体、机车车辆悬挂元件、铁道车辆、轨道、轮轨结构、受电弓、金属制品。近年来完成多项国内外重大研究项目,包括中国标准动车组转向架动力学试验、600km/h动车组转向架动力学试验、大同160km/h机车动力学试验、株机塞尔维亚机车动力学试验、韩国首尔地铁二号线转向架稳定性试验等。试验研究部以牵引动力国家重点实验室为依托,竭诚为国内外铁路生产厂家、科研机构和高校提供“科学、公正、准确、满意”的服务。

 

Test Research Department’s primary work focuses on equipment management, testbed design, bench test, railway line test and CNAS management. The staff number is 26, including: 3 professors,4 associate professors,2 research assistants and 6 technicians. There are around3000 sets of equipment for vehicle test and the main test rigs are 600km/h Railway Vehicle Roller Test Rig (the most advanced in the world), Car Body Fatigue Test Rig, Bogie and Bogie Frame Fatigue Test Rig, Wheelset Fatigue Test Rig, Pantograph-catenary Coupling Simulator Test Rig, Wheel-track Friction-wear Test Rig. In 2006, TPL got accreditation by CNAS and now the accredited scopes include Bogie and Bogie Frame, Car Body, Suspension of Railway Vehicle, Railway Vehicle, Track, Pantograph, Metal. We have taken charge of many key projects from home and abroad, including dynamic test of China-standard EMU bogie, dynamic test of 600km/h EMU bogie,dynamic test ofDatong 160km/h locomotive,dynamic test of Serbia locomotive, stability test of bogie for Seoul metro line 2 and so on. Supported by TPL, Test Research Department is dedicated to provide scientific, fair, precise and satisfying services for domestic and foreign enterprises, research institutions and colleges.
